ravello prides itself with the finest in traditional campania-region cuisine and reveals the authentic flavours of the mediterranean and the heart of southern italian gastronomy.

with a menu boasting over forty dishes, ravello presents the customer with a vast choice including antipasti such as acciughe marinate con parmiggiano (marinated anchovies on mixed leaves with parmesan slivers), carpaccio di manzo con funghi misti (beef carpaccio with marinated mixed wild mushrooms) and melanzane alla parmigiana (layers of aubergines with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, tomato and basil in tomato sauce).

pasta dishes include spaghetti alle vongole e cozze (spaghetti with clams and mussels), trofie ai porcini (home made pasta with wild mushrooms), ravioli al pesto rustico (home made ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese with pesto and sun-dried tomato sauce) and risotto con salsicce (risotto with home made Italian sausages).

our fish dishes include spigola al cartoccio (sea bass cooked in a parcel with prawns and clams), gamberi al burro e aglio (mediterranean prawns with garlic, wine and butter sauce), fritto misto (mixed deep-fried squids, whitebaits, prawns and fillets of sole) and we have meat dishes including ossobuco (knuckle of veal served with saffron rice), gambotto d’agnello (braised shank of lamb) and fegato burro e salvia (calf liver with butter and sage).

we also have a selection of home made desserts such as panna cotta, tiramisu and profiteroles al cioccolato.

as well as the generous menu dishes, every fortnight ravello features a special menu of campania recipes that are not on the menu.

ravello also has an extensive wine list including red wines such as chianti rufino riserva ducale, barolo, tignianello, brunello di montalcino, amarone masi, nero d’avola, and white wines including pinot grigio, gavi di gavi, cervaro, arnais blance, greco di tufo, as well as italian beers and limoncello, the lemon liqueur speciality of the campania region.
